Ipod Touch 3G: Nice, could make me buy a Mac

iPod 3rd generation Touch is exactly as advertised. A wonderful music player with the applications that is so useful for many other things. I always torn on the whole "This is a computer," says I see there, it is incredibly useful … but in the end it is not a computer, and applications to get to a certain point (like a computer) are very expensive compared to the usefulness of this product small.

I would still recommend the third-generation iPod touch to someone else. It is fun and the variety of device applications that you can customize what you want … uses including a music player. While in the iTunes search for music …. buyer Beware the price …. are essentially astronomical.

The con a big step for me, that's life battery …. if you use the wifi and / or use regularly (during the day) with the applications, it is just a bit too much. Seems OK if you use it for the music …. …. but still not good. I think I'll be searching on Amazon for long battery life that I can use and still wearable.

One last comment …. I'm fairly new all the iTunes / App Store, but research with graphics on an iPod is a nightmare. Looks good, but it would be nice to have some customization available for display and research.

iPod 3rd Generation Touch – Great iPod!

I recently upgraded to this 3rd generation iPod touch from a first generation Nano. The new third generation iPod touch is amazing! It's fast, it stores tons of music and videos, and it has organized. The ability to download and use applications is very nice!

I love being able to take the television with me on the road, and I see the album art on the songs I play. The battery life on this point is pretty solid. There was also a free application that I downloaded that tell me approximately how long I have based on the current battery level.

There are rumors that Apple will soon release a version of the iPod Touch that comes with a camera. I want mine had a camera … but I probably will not be able to afford to upgrade every time this spell. That's life!

The drawbacks I've seen are:

1) Wi-Fi can be uneven. It is well at home, or in some restaurants, but just out-and-on this website is not consistent. Maybe if I had a phone 3G could generate a WiFi hotspot, I'd be.

2) Many of these applications on the Apple Store are designed for iPhones. These use the features (such as the Internet continues or camera) that are not applicable to the iPod, but the App Store does not distinguish between the products when purchasing.
