ipod dock connector headphones
Apple will replace this?
Hey, I was wondering uhm Apple will replace my dock connector because its not working very well have problems and it is a small cut. and also going to replace my helmet for a new brand because i want to sell my ipod touch
Well, if you bought the iPod without Apple care, but no, they will not replace your headphones or a dock connector, unfortunately. Unless your headphones or a dock connector failures are due to Miscare Apple, then they replace it if its broken by abuse or misuse from you. If you have Apple Care for $ 99 however they replace your headphones or a dock connector or accessories. Basically, the security of a year that comes with the iPod is only for those defects that Apple is unnecessary. Sorry buddy, your luck. Side note, I have the Apple Care and I broke my helmet so I exchanged into new and they gave me the same headphones, except crappier. The headphone jack is down to 5 minutes after use and the sound quality sucks and it does not feel as good as the original. Even if you get new ones, they probably suck .. just like mine.
